Does your reputation value fluctuate, or just go up always?

This happens all the time and to the most of us ,lotters users.I think reputation depends on 1)the amount of responses a discussion gets 2)some people rate you negativetely ,in case they do not aggree on a topic or for any other reason 3)how many discussion and responses you post 4)the quality of your discussion and comments(5 words~not good,5 sentnces~ok!) Keep lotting and reputation will come up again.!Do not forget that everything is going up can go down too and the opposite!!
