Boiled eggs.

Hi xhaylea, I'll often have a boiled egg, runny of course, for lunch, along with toast soldiers. If I'm hard boiling eggs I'll do a few at a time and keep them for a few things, one for my son's lunchbox, one chopped into a lovely salad with a creamy dressing, one to add to a curry dish. I think eggs are one of the most versatile foods and we often get them fresh from a friends chickens, so even better.

When it comes to boiling eggs, I like soft-boiled eggs better than hard-boiled eggs. I also like salted eggs.

I love fried eggs, they're gorgeous! I like them either on toast or with bacon, mmmm.

I love eggs, whether boiled, sunny side up or beaten. I love it when it's soft boiled but for other dishes, it's better if they are hard-boiled. I also love making egg sandwich and what I do is chop the eggs to pieces and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. yummy!
