what can we do to keep healthy facing the computer all day long?

I saty the lab every day to do the work facing computer from 9am to 11pm except the meal time. Recently I find I have a bad sour back and also the bad eyesingt. I know i can't do like this,but have no idea to change the manner, anyone who have ideas or experience can help me ,thank you ! or any food can take effect for it.

well its not the computer thats causing your problems its simply your posture,
if you have a bad back get a very supportive chair you can buy firm chairs that contain a back support they are pretty expensive but your work should pay for it as its health and safety issue,
You can also get a diffuser relatively cheaply which fits onto your pc screen to reduce glare. Tho easiest way is just to keep taking a 5 min break from your pc if you are able too, every hour or so.

The chair I use that contain a back support, I lie so low when i am very tired. may be the posture problem, the right hand with the mouse and the left hand on the keybroad. I don't know much about diffuser ,you are right ,it can help me.
every hour?hehe ,may be water is good thing, it take me to washroom and take break by the way.

you can do some exercise at your breaktime ,
like stretch your arms when you go to the bathroom or back to your dorm .
i decide to loose weight these days ,and I have claimed stairs for four days ,it feels good ,I hope I'll be slim next month.
