The Wrestler Movie - Ending

I saw the movie "Wrestler" with Mickey Rourke some time ago, it wasnt bad, but i got the idea that the man is in a constant suffering with his life. But what i really wanted to know is what do you people think about the ending? Do you think he died? Or do you have other opinion? Feel free to discuss this cause the movie ending lets you think in some possible ending cenarios.

I havent seen the movie and I think you really shouldnt say antything about the ending. I think that the best thing that could have happened would have been
that he lived happily ever after. I wish I think the the best thing also would be for people not to discuss the ending of the movie that most people havent seen yet.
