He's been around since the 70s. I guess he is funny sometimes as I used to watch the real life episodes of Mr.Bean doing his weird impressions with his teddy which is rather awkward but I guess it was a fun show to watch when I was small and young, I don't think I would watch it now unless I was really bored.
