Anyone knows how to get a still photograph from a video ?

my sister's marriage was held last month. We had kept video shooting and still photography both for marriage. After marriage we came to know that the memory card of the digital camera for still pictures got infected by the virus and we lost all our pictures. Anybody can help me y showing the way of getting still photographs from a video ?

No, what exactly do you want. Do you want the files to be recovered from your memory card or you want to make still photoes from your video?
Both of them are possible. You can opt to format the memory card and then use some recover software to get all of your images back in your pc.
If you want to take snapshot from video then I must say that you can't get the same quaility. You can see this video from "VLC" player and use snapshop option to get a still picture!
