Don't you think smoking shouldn;t be banned?

I mean in America for example. There are so many people who are dying annually because of smoking that's caused by smoking. But if ever those millions of people who dies annually didn't die, don't you think that country will be over populated? My point is isn't it okay to let it go. at least they died doing something they want. Just a thought.
