A good night's sleep makes one fresh & energetic the next morning to plunge into the
hurdles of life once more. But if we are faced with a restless and sleepless night, then the life becomes a huge burden the next morning. Many of us try different methods to overcome such situations and some are lucky and successful while others are not. I often use a method that release me of sleepless nights. What I do friends,is that when sleep is miles way from my eyes, I sit up in bed and do a little breathing exercise. I close my right nostrils with my right thumb and slowly inhale through the left nostrils. Then with my right pointer and ring finger close my left nostrils and exhale through the right. This inhaling & exhaling process is repeated for five minutes gradually and very comfortably without pressurizing the lungs. This process makes me go off to sleep peacefully at once.
I invite your experiences my friends..

Yes you are right in your way. Getting right sleep is desired for everyone. If you not get proper rest then it is very normal to face sleepy situation in coming days.

That sounds a good thing to try. Unfortunately i have not had that much luxury when it comes to sleeping. I work in a call center for 9hours, i have a freelance work for 4-5 hours. right now, i'm still under the dilemma of sleeping even for just a very short nap then catch up again when there is an opportunity. But after my transition to my freelance work, i'm looking forward to a full nights sleep, and an exercise in the morning.

I sleep OK at night soem of the time other times I have difficulty with me, I find that I really need to watch my caffeine intake at night. If I have less caffeine during the day I sleep well at night, if I have more caffeine during the day it is more difficultr for me so that is the issue, primarily caffeine intake.
