Everybody deserves a second chance. Just make sure he/she is worth your love. It is a risk, but you'll never know if you won't give it a try. In my opinion, it is better to get hurt trying than never tried at all. What if it will work the second time around? If it will not work, at least you tried, just learn the lesson. Difficulties in life will make you a better an a stronger individual.

"Just learn the lesson?"
Why? Can't you learn the lesson from the first trial? Ha ha. Just curious, please answer this since I think you'll give a best reply and that I'm really curious. Why take risks if you don't have to? The end justifies the means.

You mean with the same person? It really all depends on the situation. Anytime you enter in to a relationship there's a chance to get hurt. But I have a rule, and so far, it hasn't been tested. (whether or not i would stick to it.) If My girlfriend leaves me for someone else because she was looking for greener pastures, that turns out to be bad and she wan ts to come back to me, I won't let her back no matter how much I lve her. Why? Because I feel that if I let her back, in the back of her mind, she knows she can leave me anytime for someone else and if it doesn't work out, I will always take her back.
