To Justify a selection (Left & Right margins even): CTRL + J To Centre a selection: CTRL + E To Right Align a selection: CTRL + R To Left Align a selection (normally the default for Body or Normal style): CTRL + L I had to look up Centre in Help because I so rarely use it (I always use the toolbar button) and CTRL + C is, of course, Copy. Here is a useful list of Word shortcuts and, at the bottom, a link to an exhaustive list as a Word document: http://www.internet4classrooms.com/msword_keyboard_ibm.htm

I know that, for Text justify you can press ctrl+j and all words will be justified, and Text center press ctrl+e, Text right press ctrl+r, Text left press ctrl+l. Are what i am saying is correct? I hope that can help you to find a few shortcut in ms word.
