I'm having problems with my email accounts! Please help me!

The email account I use all the time is a yahoo account, but for some weeks now I can't login to read my emails. At first I thought it was a problem with the site, but then I tried to acces my google account and it didn't work either! I created a new email on myway.com and I couldn't use that one either! I just can't login to any email accounts.
There must be a problem from my computer, I'm sure of it. I use windows vista if it matters. And as I recall I removed the modem I had installed on my laptop and then reinstalled it around the time this thing started. I'm not sure but there could be a connection between these. Maybe there are some settings on my computer that are blocking those sites, I really don't know.
Please tell me if you have any idea what might me wrong with my settings!

Can you access them from the sites themselves?
Is this problem related to something like Outlook?
If you can't access them from the sites then are you absolutely certain you are using the correct passwords? Can't you reset them?
Sorry for all the questions but those are the things that come to mind because froma website you should be able to acces your mail from any computer at all. I do evenf rom different countries so I can't see how it can be a computer setting

Sounds like it could be and I cannot help further. I know nothing about computers and what makes them work after I switch mine on
