NoI never prepare pizza I always get pizza out and I prefer peperoni pizza from Cosco

We have a pizza place in town, Papa Murphy's, that puts them together so you can bake them at home and you can get a huge one for under $10 so we usually do that now. We used to make our own but for the price and what we get on these particular pizza's we go that route now.

I often make my own pizza, I use the pitta bread for the base and grill the top, I like my homemade ones because I prefer ordinary tomato sauce rather than the Italian sauces the pizza shops use....

We usually order dominos in for pizza, gorgeous. I do buy some ready made ones and have them in the freezer for snacks. They come in handy when you want something light and quicl to cook in the evening.

I used to buy frozen cheese pizza and add my own toppings but it just isn't the same. I can get great pizza from a few restaurants at a reasonable price with artichokes and sundried tomatoes and roasted garlic and everything I like cheaper than I could buy all those ingredients and then I don't have the facilities to make pizza from scratch.

I like to do take out but I have made my pizza at home a few times. In fact, about 3 nights ago it was getting late and I didn't feel like making a big dinner up. I had some refrigerated pizza dough so decided to make pizza. I put some sauce on it then added some hard salami, roasted sweet peppers, green onions and lots of cheese (didn't have much else here to put on it!). It actually turned out to be the best homemade pizza I've ever done! Although, my favorite pizza is canadian bacon and pineapple! mmmmmmm! Now I'm craving pizza! :)

My wife actually makes pizza dough from scratch and then uses the freshest ingredients... so much better than a store-bought pizza. Great question. Thanks Zelo

Does it costs you much to make a pizza at home?
