hi to you reader.
do you eat balot? balot may be called a one day old chick wherein you get to eat a small chick fresh from its shell. you can see this being served on the hit tv show fear factor.
do you love how it tastes? i love it. i really do. i know it not really good for the health since it can boost up your blood pressure as well as cholesterol levels but i can eat like 3 to 4 eggs. hahaha!
especially the yellow one, i love eating it with salt or vinegar with a mixture of soysauce.
have you ever eaten a balot?

I really love it very much and I can eat 2 0r 3 also with vinegar and salt...and with a cold Coke!

Yeah.. I love to eat it when soaked in a glassful of vinegar. But I don't eat that much and I only do when I see a vendor.

Oh.. give it a try boss. You will not regret trying it with vinegar. Soak it for a few seconds before swallowing it.

i ate balot but not the embryo of it!(DISGUSTING HAHA!).
they said that i am not Filipino if i haven't eaten balot, i guess i should be a PENOY then hahaha

haha. well i like the yellow thing more than the chick. if it is one day old then i would love to eat as much as i can of the chick. haha!

Hi. skbh12. You are one brave young lady. There is no way that I could ever put something yucky and disgusting as this into my mouth. No way! How can you stand to eat this? This food does not even look cooked at all. I could never eat a baby chick. I only eat eggs that has yolk in it and not a baby chick inside of it.

I heard that you aren't a true Filipino if you haven't eaten a balut.
So I guess, I am a genuine Filipino because I ate balut.
It is not one of my favorite food. I only eat it if someone had bought it.
I love the juice and the yellow part which is the yolk specially if I put salt on it. But I really don't like the chick because it's hairy, but I got to eat it just recently. I chose the small one, I don't think I like the big chick. Do you also eat the chick?
