When you have some conflicts with your friends----------------------

If I were to guess, if such thing happens, I would probably try my best to approach such friend to ensure that communication lines are open so he/she can readily approach me and vice versa. That way, the conflict could be potentially resolved quicker than if there were no means to communicate with each other. When push comes to shove, people have friends to depend on. Imho, the least anyone could do is to make certain that the option of resolving a conflict through clear, effective, and respectful dialogue is always on the table. I apologize first even though that I am not the one who started it. And we discuss it in a mature manner. There, we can find out what are our faults.

If i have a conflict with one of my friends i talk to them about it. I let them know exactly how i feel about the situation & we talk it out, but i dont hold anything back. I dont want to be friends with someone if i cant tell them how i feel.
