Anybody know my problem

I am a student so don't have debit card to verify my paypal account. I have 7$ in my paypal from other site. I have heard that only verified paypal user wotld be paid by mylot. Anybody can help in this matter. Can I use vcc to verify my paypal? How much it cost? Or mylot pays to all verified and unverified paypal member.

I haven never used VCC or Virtual Credit Cards, so I say this.
Logon to http://www.accountnow.com and fill in your info. You just have to be over 18. But they don't care if you have a job or good credit or anything.
This is a prepaid debit card. You can only use the money you add to the card. You get it in about 7-10 days and you can use this to verify your Paypal and have your Paypal cash transferred to this account.
