I used to write lovestories but i used to end it into having the protagonist killed by committing suicide or sometimes dying because of some common ailments. My other fiends used to appreciate my compositions but others would just simply find my story boring... now, i'm having a hard time composing a new one because i don't think that i have composed something that was meant to inspire me or to inspire others but i think it was just meant to inform others that i can express my thoughts through the stories that i have been creating...
so... in your opinion, which do you prefer reading: is it lovestories involving death/tragic situations or lovestories ending in happily ever after?

Most books nowadays have a inbetween ending, not good nor bad, I read books because I like to read them, I dont really mind if the story end tragicly or good, it doesn't matter as long the book is good.
