I hate my boss... He never gives me a chance to express my views.. He just listens to what his boss says.... Now a days he is bugging me a lot...

Well i also like my boss sometimes when he is understanding and cooperative,,,buy sometimes when he looses his temper without any reasons...its frustrating....
