what is skype?

Skype is a very good chatting software. Of course it can be used in China. Actually I started to use it quite long time ago. Basically it's like a normal chatting software which you can have a live chat with your friends. But you can also make a PC-phone call with this software and the price is very low. I think it's even cheaper for me to make a call to USA by this software than dialing a domestic call by the normal phone. I love China
