How can I deal with a boss unfriendly?

My boss is actually hot-tempered. Whatever i'm doing is always not nice. He shouted to me and gave me a long face. What I could do is just complying his order. But my really like my present job. What should I do? Can you give me any suggestions?

Well,this happened usually in today`s society.The boss always give his employees a long face,complain of them of unefficienty,angry each moment he feel boredom.If you absolutely interested in the current job,you may bear his temper everyday.All the words from his voice is just like a wind,you should not put them in heart.Remember you`ll pass him someday,then the life will be more clear .
