spirits and ghosts

do you believe in spirits and ghosts? do they really exist? have you seen any? i just want to be sure because i really dont know if i beleive spirits...

I do believe in ghosts and spirits. I've had paranormal experiences, since I was 12 years old. And I am now almost 21. It's been a part of my life for so long, that I can't help but believe in ghosts and spirits.
