do you think colour of your dog has any significance?

It was in yesterdays newspaper that if recession has running for the cover or your planet spell impending doom , astrologers have a new remedy for you... a black dog. The advise has so many takers that the sale of black Labrador has increased many folds and which was earlier selling for 4 to 5000 rs , his value has shot up to 15,000 rs.

Well I guess I have lucked out because we already have a black lab. And I didn't have to pay anything for her. She is one of the most well behaved sweetest dogs I have met..I fully believe that labs are a great dog especially with kids. My kids paw and maul all over her all the time and she just sits there and allows it..and then when they are done she will go up to them and push her nose into them as if she is asking for more.

I am not real sure.I guess honestly if I sit and think about they have. I am not real sure if it is due to my dog or not but they have gotten better throughout the years. My dog is now 4 and she has been this same sized for about 2. She is a slender 52 lbs. I have asked the vet why she isn't bulking up a bit and they say it is because she is mixed with Collie and the two together are smaller framed/sized dogs. I still tell the kids that even though she seems to not care that they maul all over her and we have had for years that they still need to be careful because there might come a day where she isn't feeling well or isn't in the mood for them and might snip at them.
I am not sure if she has brought my family better finances but she has definatly brought us more laughter and smiles.

that's what others believe, let them. but come to think of it, with the price increasing well the owners or are very happy they get much money

Thanks Joy , yes it is if you beleive it and if you read the first response i got he did say if he thinks they have gone up. All i know is i live quite far away from my family and is totally supported by my dad as i am student and students dont work in India till they have finished exams and when i brought this German Shepherd my dad raised my month money without asking :D
