My husband has taken an educational loan. He came to the states for further studies and took a loan for that purpose. It is kind of scary seeing the interest pile up but we have decided that we will never take a loan again in our life once this is paid off. I prefer living a debt-free life and cant handle the pressure of loans. Though almost everyone here in US is on a loan at any point in their lives.

Hi there!
I am afraid to get a loan. As much as possible I try hard not to take loans. I might not be able to pay the amount required every month and it would be a big problem to me. But I once did taken a loan. Actually it wasn't me who took the loan but my mom. We shared the amount she loaned and the payment was divided so the amount wasn't big enough for me. It didn't gave me a hard time paying for it.
I think I am lucky cause at the moment, other than the bill on my credit card which is a very minimum amount only, I don't have any loans to pay. No financial worries at the moment and I am happy.
Ciao!

A few years back had made a salary loan and the payments were deducted from the monthly salary so you will not miss a payment. now I don't have loans because I don't have work and I don't have anything to do with the loan LOL. I am thinking of making a loan from the cooperative where i get to be a member and the good thing is you will patronage refund and dividend after. But I'm still thinking what to do with the loan and as of the moment I'm still not qualified.

I have house loan to repay. I need to repay it in 15 years, and the monthly money is not very hign, about twenty percent of my salary. So I prepare to take another house loan in the next year. So, now, I hope i can get a salary increasing.
Good luck to me.

Four years ago my husband and I decided we were going to try to live without loans and credit cards. Last year I decided to go back to school to get my teaching degree. It was a HUGE struggle trying to decided if we should take a loan for that. In the end we realized we could not afford to pay for it out of pocket, or I would take forever to graduate. I now have student loan that will need to be paid starting six months after I graduate (about a year and a half from now). As for other items, we have made a committment to paying cash or not purchasing. We'll see what happens when I need a new car, though!

I have taken out a loan to help pay for college, I am now working on trying to pay it back, but I am struggling a little bit and hoping to get a job here soon so that I can pay it off sooner. Mylot helps a little bit by adding a few extra bucks into my account to add to the loan.

Yes, we have a mortgage and two truck loans. Our truck loans will be paid off by the end of this year and we're not planning to buy new vehicles any time soon. I would like to be able to enjoy that extra money instead of giving it to a loan company to pay for a new vehicle right away since both of our trucks are in excellent shape.

I actually have my computer thru personal loan. But it's one of those good loans that you can call since the computer that i have right now already generates fund enough to pay for it. It's really bad to get loans as long as you know where to put it, and it's not just for the sake of your impulsive drives but will be used for productive purposes then i suggest you go for it. Otherwise don't think about it as a source to fund your luxuries in life.

No I've never taken any load so far and I'm not keen on talking them as well. Because, I'm a person who would like to spend only the money that I have in hand. I never go beyond the limit of my account balance. I just target to save the money that is required to buy and the use them for it.
Going for a loan is the last option that I would prefer. So by god's grace, I don;t have any loan amount to be paid right now.

My situation is very different from yours. I don't believe in laking loans. I rather wait and earn myself to buy a new stuff. Taking loans from bank is required only if there is very urgent need. I dont think that its a great idea to take a loan for just buying small stuff like TV or vaccume cleaner.
