Is it possible? How did/do you do it?

I don't know about you but my exercise routine was running after the little massive balls of energy all day long. I think I must have done at least a marathon every day. Then there was the aerobic exercise of bending down and picking up them, toys, food, and anything else that was dragged out for the day.
As for my diet, that was easy. By the time I cooked a meal and served it and sat down to eat it. There wasn't anything left. Presto! Portion control.

Lol. I can relate 100%! I am just worried about losing my figure, gaining weight and losing muscle. I am 22, will be 23 in August and am having my third child though I have miscarried three times. I am no longer able to go to the gym and by the time my day is over I am exausted and just as tired when I wake now that I am pregnant again.

I have 2 kids at home. They are both toddlers & i excercise alot. I put my kids in their double stroller & i take a walk every day. When i had my first daughter & was pregnant with my second, i walked all the time too. Kids love to get out into the ari. i also go to the gym. I squeeze that in when my husband is off or when my mother takes my kids for a little. It's not hard to stay in shape. Plus when i do laundry all day i get my excercise cause my washer & dryer is in my basement & where all the clothes go is in my 2nd floor so i have to run up & down 2 sets of steps all day. There are many things you can do to keep in shape.
