Aside from the disk cleanup that's already in the accessory section of our computer, you can download programs that cleans your disk and enhance the performance of your system. Two of the good ones are CCleaner and Wise Disk Cleaner. It's free to download, the pro version is not though but the free edition is pretty good. It would also be helpful to clean up your registry and defragment once in a while.
