Not very often, but I do browse overseas websites, mostly those related to trading businesses. Most websites have English versions.

I visit the sites written in the languages I know, and they're often more offshore than domestic. Especially, for a same political event, I want to read its reports or news on many sites from different countries, because each of nation has different proper viewpoints, and I want to synthetize them all. It's the same for sports reviews.

I will, if it's a website that I can understand (as in, it's in English or another language I can comprehend). Occasionally, I go to "Asahi" (Japanese news website) to try to practice "text handling" (I'm learning it right now - and I need all the help I can get. .) That's pretty much it, though.
