Well, thank Heavens, Megan Joy is finally gone. I knew the judges would not waste a save on her and she definitely did the worse last night. I was surprised that Allison was in the bottom 3, but people have to vote and not assume their fav is safe.

I was skipping for joy when they announced Megans name tonight...I thought she had no talent right from the beginnning. I am with you I was surprized Allison went to the bottom 3 tonight...her voice is strong and powerful...but I do think its time for Anoop to go home and I bet he gets the card for one free pass outta there next week

Megan can sing but the problem is her voice is not versatile. She's more like a club singer doing 50's song. That's her style and no one could do anything about it...not the judges and not even herself just so she could try to save herself from being voted out. I was also surprised that Allison was in the bottom 3. I think she did rock on her performance last tuesday.

I was able to watch the show. I believe she never really expected to be voted out. I'm glad Simon seemed to be hurt by what she'd said and didn't even give her the chance to sing to be save. Megan is really annoying at times especially when she is making faces and trying to be cute.

My husband was so happy to see Megan go home! He said she was so horrible it was painful to watch! I agreed. I am glad that Allison stayed, I really like her.
What did you think of the musical guest Lady Gaga, I thought she as just awful.

Yeah, that was not too much of a surprise that Megan Joy got the boot, and she was certainly sassy enough about it! I know that Simon is always mean, but she really did not show him a lot of respect last night when she said she didn't care about his opinion! He may be a jerk, but he knows a whole lot about the music business, which apparently she does not, or else she would have kept her mouth shut. It would not have mattered, though, they would not have saved her.
I really do not care for the "save" rule, either, while I'm on the subject! I have yet to see a week where this rule has been of any benefit to the audience or to the contestant. I think it is just a more mean way to send someone off, which is hard enough as it is. I hope they get rid of it next year. I stinks!

That was an American Idol classic, this new Judges save has given Simon a chance to kick them once more when they are down. Last week you could see they were undecided which is not unanimous, so he cut Sarver loose. Last night was great we are not even going to talk about see ya Megan.

Yes, Megan is finally gone, and votefortheworst.com did not win this week. Now it will get much tougher as now the better people will start to go. It is always kind of nice when there are a couple of obvious choices to go home, and gets harder but better when the competition really heats up and all the good people are left, but it is always harder to say goodbye when they are good.
