Technical Difficulties!

Does anybody have the new Blackberry Storm? I am having so many problems with it! I bought it a couple of weeks ago and the screen looks similar to a distorted television screen. I brought it back to Verizon and they gave me a new phone, but it is getting me frustrated because I am away at school and find it difficult to travel back and forth. If you have this phone, or any blackberry, do you enjoy it?
