Is any one used facility Any Card - Any ATM started from 1st Apr'09 in India ?

From 1st April 2009, Reserve Bank of India has started facility that one can use any bank's debit card at any bank's ATM for FREE. (Till date it was chargeable)
Today I tried HDFC's debit card in ICICI's ATM but it doesn't work. I think yet they are in process of stabilizing the facility.
Is anybody has used this free service in these two days ?
