Hello guys!
I've lost like 6.6 lbs in 10 days. I wonder if it is safe.
I lost it by deliberately eating 3-4 spoonfuls of food, and exercise heavily almost everyday - badminton, brisk walking, jogging, dancing.
I'm afraid that I'll gain it faster than I lost it.
What's your opinion? Thanks!

Hi,
Rapid weight loss means:-
#U r loosing water-weight first,not fat.Thus possibility of regaining weight still exist.
#Loosing weight Fast,brings down stamina & increase Ur Fatigue.Not good for U.
#Ur electrolyte balance will be lost.Cramps & illness will emerge.
#Loosing wt fast disturb metabolism.U MAY FACE TROUBLE IN NO TIME.
#Skin will dryout, hair look lacklustre, appearance will be sickly.
Do it under experts.Never invite ailments.

careful. It's best to lose 1 -2 lbs a MONTH. You are eating too little and pushing your body hard. Not only will you gain weight faster but your body just might crash. Eat gradual but never eliminate carbohydrates like rice, starches and pasta completely. having little or no carb at all in the body will make you very sluggish.
