Do you feel your job is boring ?

Right, i feel it too, my routine job is very boring..my office located not really far from my home..If my boss wasn't giving any order to me, 17.00pm sharp i will be gone to home..:)Any sugesstion how to be creative at work so we're not bored??

i think 50-50.. i am trying to enjoy every minute at my work so i will not feel boring... i know i am doing same the routine, but i have to work to earn and support my needs..

Sometimes, I feel like that too, that it's too routinary. Although in my line of work, bulk of work is seasonal. When we are busy, we are really hell busy praying for rest but when the training season lifts up, we start being too relaxed it can drive us really crazy! LOL!

i have the same feeling,i worked at my compnay since 4 year ago.i really feel boring these monthes and want to quit this job.but now i have no better choise.i am still waiting for good work chance and once i find i will quit.

Yes,It is boring I think.No matter which industry you are working in,I reckon it is boring if you repeat the same things everyday.My daily arrangements are same,just on duty and off duty.I just like a duplicate machine kept repeating the similar things.I do feel boring.

Yea that is because you have a stereotypical work. Obviously anyone will get bored with the monotonous work. I do have such instances in my work. But when work is at the peak it is full of tensions and pressure., So when I have times that bore me, I just engage in multitasking to avoid being bored.

Hi Martin, these things happen when there is no change in your work profile. No one enjoy work when you have to repeat the things daily. Best way is to start enjoying your work. When you enjoy your work then you get interest in it. And it's all about money-honey.. Happy Working life
