What type of software do you want to have most?

Now we have many softwares installed on our computers, operating system, office, IM, mail, internet browser etc. Those softwares can meet our most of requirements. But I believe there must be some inconvenience when we using computer. What type of software do you want to have most in your home or office?

In office i use micro soft excell, access and tally and another software called "FA (Financial Accounting)" But in my home, many times image editor (Extreme Photo Editor)to edit photos.This imege editor is really a good image editor i think.
