yes, i have the same problem with u, my earning, community point and my cot decrease, after i not make a new review and rate/comment to others. FYI i am log in everyday.

It is April 2 and if you already had $5 or more in your account, Ciao must have automatically deducted that from your balance at the end of March and is already being prepared for transfer to your Paypal account. I know another member who experienced that before. Well, I hope that also holds true for you. There may be other reasons that we don't know.

I am a member of Ciao, but never really got into it, so I don't know a lot of the specifics about that site. I do know though that there are some sites that decrease your earnings based on inactivity. I don't know 100% though if this is the case for Ciao. Why don't you check out their user terms and agreements or the FAQ? I'm sure it will explain all payment questions there. Good luck!
