My colleague's laptop got a black screen,please help?

Yesterday evening,my colleague's laptop suddenly got a black screen and she did not perform any risky operations before that. This morning I had a check for her computer and can not find the solution till now. It doesn't show any normal screen,even the screen of self test. What's the problem? Please help me!
