banding your bone is good or bad?

banding your neck bone got a crapping sound is good or bad?i normally does that and all my friend said is not good for me, but Thai message normally banning you bone too ,after banding after crapping sound feel my born and joints more relax.what you think?

banding did i use a wrong word? how to explain ......... you use your hand push your head toward left and right until you heard a sound crap~~~~~ when i see other people doing this i scare that person might broke his neck .but when i do it myself i feel relax ..
