How many hours do u sleep every day

Every member of this planet needs 8 hours of sleep every night, but who it`s the guy that slept 8h/ night each time? Everybody had some problems that made him stay awake s full nigh, or just a few hours. I`m trying to sleep at least 6-7 hours/night, and when the white night it`s coming, the following day, i`m sleeping a lot more, maybe 10 hours or something like that. It`s important to sleep more if you didn`t slept too much some days.
