Has anybody heard of digital charity?

I just saw an ad for a site called digital charity, are they legit or are they a scam? Does anybody know or has anybody heard of them?

Thanks, took me long enough. I ran by the site the other day, and thought, if it's legit it would be a good way to help other people or for people to get help for themselves.
