To be honest,I'm indeed a hot-tempered person.I easily lose patience with trivial things. For example,If I can't find sth urgent,I will lose temper. Thus, people around me would be uncomfortabel when I lost my temper.
I always want to give up my irascible temper, but I failed finally.Sometimes I tell myself think twice before I get angry. So the situation become better than in the past.
Well, friends,do you think you are a hot-tempered person?Have you changed it?do you succeed?

I admit I am a hot tempered guy too, I cannot control myself at times especially if I'm too stressed out. There are times that when you feel stressed out and there comes some irritating sittuations I somtimes loose my temper to the boiling point of water. When this stressful situation subsides then thats the time that I can controll my temper and anger. I admit its really hard to overcome stress and being hot tempered is even harder to contain. Before thats is really a problem for me when I am angry, usually I am sorry for my companions at work they are sometimes involved in it without notice. so I decided to seek some rejuvination and relaxation to relieve tension and avoid stress. What I did was, I went to take a vacation leave away from the city along a quiet calm beach and reflect on those stressful events in my life, I tried to relax my self, did some souls searching and had fun. I guess we can control our temper if we need to let go of the tension that is threatening us, stay calm and relaxed and go with the flow of the situation. When you do not go with the flow, it really makes it even worst for you. When your confronted by so many stressful situations at once, try to solve them one by one and focus. Try to be more patient and steady handed so that you can solve any problems forwarded to you. I did some exercises too, and had some vitamins and relaxation techniques like yoga and spa massage, all of this has helped me relieve stress and promote release of tension that causes my emotional burst or temper attacks. These anger management techniques did a lot to me and now I can easily say that I am more patient now, more relaxed and not too stressed out.

I think I'm not really that much of a hot-tempered, normally I'm calm I don't freak out.
I think, see, look, and do . but then there are some days which are bad and I get a very hot temper.
I guess all these days of calmness add up to all that temper, it is really very high.

There are moments, when I can easily lose my patience. And I mean easily. What really doesn't help is that I'm half-Irish and half-French, both know for their bad-tempers from what I hear. Somehow, this was all given to me, and not my younger sister. But I am trying to work on that. It's really not one of my best qualities, and I really do want to try and rectify that.

I also try my best to get rid of that bad temper, when I lost temper,I will keep myself alone and calm down. Then think of is it right I have done. Then my mood will calm down.Sometimes I felt so sorry to the people around especially my boyfriend who always bear my bad temper.I think we should rectify our hot-temper.

Same here! But overtime, I learned to be a passive person, not easily get stubborn, and eventually, my thoughts of life has become positive, I became a happy person, I tend to earn a friend's trust even if it's juts a few minutes of getting to know you. For me, being angry so easily will sometimes get you in trouble, and the people around you who have happy mood will be affected. Sometimes I avoid also people that are thinking so negatively, it's affects me :-)
stay cool!

I think I am also a hot tempered person.
I have bad habit of putting my anger on other things.
I know it is not good thing but still we don't know what we do in anger.
Well in the past I did many destructions but after that I was quite good in controlling my anger for 4 and half years but then again due to mistake I burst out. Then I hit a punch on the mirror above the wash basin.
I was really ashamed about it.

I am opposite. It seems nothing can let me feel angry. Even when I quarrel with my husband, It is always him who loses temper. And I am easy to forget the unhappy things very quickly. Sometimes I feel don't like it, I want to yell at someo one, but it seems hard to me.

I guess almost all of us may have the experience when we have lost temper more or less due to the stress exerted by trivial things. Different person may differ in degree. To myself I indeed think I am a hot-tempered person for I am too easy to be triggerd by trivial things. While what I am learning to do is to make plans everyday. By doing this it will relieve my anxiety when I have a lot things to do.

Now that I'm older I find I don't loose my cool as easily or as often, except for the road rage. I never experienced that until I moved to a much larger town. Stupid things that other drivers do just make me nuts. Tailgaters! Hate em! This morning a lady pulled out in front of me even though there was absolutely no one else behind me and I was so angry it scares me! I honestly wanted to hurt her! Not sure why that has become such a problem for me.

Yes, I am a hot tempered person. I am Irish, Scottish and have some Cherokee blood. I am especially hot tempered when there is injustice involved or children. I have gotten better over the years. Not so quick to go there now but when I was younger I had very little control and it could get bad at times. Do I succeed? Not sure what you mean by that. In getting mad? Ya.

some times its better you show all you anger & lighten your heart....a person doesnt often loses his /her temper..but it is the stress & the situation that tends to be causes.....if we just learn to take things lightly and be open to others...things could change......

Hi, yes I am a hot-tempered person who needed to break or throw something or bang soemthing when enguled in rage. However, after marriage I have changed. I dont think I can afford to lose temper the way I would earlier. Now my temper is more controlled and to myself. The main reason being I am always around my in-laws so I dont want to end up disrespecting them. Also I have kids around so I need to be careful. To control my temper I just look around me, to see the people near me and keep quite. The best way to control would be to just stay quite and count in your head, believe in me it really works. And ofcourse once in a while let loose....cheers

I'm not a hot-tempered person, even my friends said that i never get angry. I'm not said that i never angry, it's because i never took everythings inside (the heart). I just think that everything's happen for a reason, even it's a bad things, i just things that something good will come after the bad (God have reasons for everything and it's must be good for us, even we tough it's not). So, that thinking always can makes me thinking positive, and not become hot-tempered. :)
