Why do men and women flirts?

Well if men can do it same with women. I believe that people flirt for reason they want to be notice, and they want to get what they want. People who finds them attractive or just plain pleasing will be easier to be convince, and be friend. But we can also misinterpret it. But still for me flirting is still indecent. well its like this it depends if i like the guy and i feel that he likes me to
why not flirting for me is like grabbing the opportunity to make moments to be moments it builds up the passion and then it actually fuels the intensity of attraction thats why i flirt. its fun and nice..

hi, I think as a human being we want to get attention from one another so we tried to pull by giving certain action which feels us important to others and get some kind of attention just for pleasure and fun..
