Which one has more bad effect: Coffee with Creamer or Milk?

I love to drink coffee a lot in my daily life. I used to take creamer in coffee but sometimes when it's run out of stock then I just use milk instead of creamer. I know that drinking coffee is not good for health but I always wondering which of them will give more negative effect on our health system. Is it creamer in coffee or milk in coffee?
