what should a person do to stay healthy and strong?

i think that getting enough sleep is the key to your over all health because if you dont get sleep, you end up being more able to get bugs and viruses. lack of sleep is the most harmful for your body.

Yoga is sufficient for remaing healthy and fight from all illness problems. By doing yoga you can excercise your mind and body both. Then what you need if both are fit. So Do Yoga.
