did ciao has new earning ways again??

i notice that i get less earnings than before, when i look in my account balance, the commission in friends and affiliates is already gone and i am observing this for two consecutive days now, has anyone got an idea to this??? looks like we have lose another great site because of mutual raters and plagiarist.

I'm new to Ciao and i don't know how to earn money by it.As you said Ciao has moved affiliates out.From this i want to know does Ciao could make money now?If the answer is "Yes",Could you tell me how to earn money by Ciao.Thank you.

im afraid to say that, ciao wouldnt make you so much money if they take away that feature.. and without it im sure there are a lot of users will trash back again that site and leave it, because it will take ages to reach the minimum payout if we only depend on our own ratings and reviews..

Ciao is still in good standing. They just have to set their standards on a higher level. There has been a trend of plagiarism on the site lately. That is why they have to address it right away. Thus, people involved were terminated and those people who received income through their responses, Ciao had to deduct it from the recipients income. That is my inference over this matter because the other day I just earned around .02 cents. Sad, but true.

Actually there are NO new changes at all. The drop in earnings is due to the cleaning up of some accounts/members deemed to be unworthy to continue being there in the site.
For example, if one of your reviews is rated by a member who is already banned due to TOS violation, then there could be a decrease of your reflected income. The same thing will happen if you made some ratings with a banned members.
I think the site is now cleaning up all the mess caused by members who are fond of just copying reviews and taking advantage of the relax attitude posed by the admin but that is already in the past now.
It is actually about time as I also hate reading a lot of bad reviews in the site. Heck, some reviews are even soooo out of topic you can only shake your ehad in amazement.

You can now only earn from referrals for up to 6 months
so if you've had yours for longer, that explains it..

I totally agree with you..Ciao was one of the best sites which paid the most..But the due to spammers and plagiarists Ciao has to lower down the earnings one by one
.. And now there is only luck which can help us earn there...Luck means the people who would see our reviews and rate them giving us some pennies..I have requested my last payout(maybe) because after so much waiting I have reached my 5$..I have no other choices than to leave the site as I think it will take half a year more for me to reach the payout again..
