if i started the pill on sunday the 29 which was also the first day of my period and have been taking it as directed would i automatically be fully protected???????iam so confused by the information on the packet....it says day 1 start use a back up method then sunday start dont use a back up....but my period started on a sunday and thats the day 1.......so..which instruction is correct????????
