I can't live without bananas. It's my favorite since I was a kid. Besides, you can cook it in different ways. It has a lot of health benefits, too.

We have so many varieties of bananas here in the Philippines it depends on you what variety you would like to eat.

The fruit I cannot live without is water melon, I love it because of its refreshing effect. I felt so relieved every time I eat water melon, its watery nature pacify my thirst, it is very high in vitamin C and glutathione so it is a perfect beauty regimen fruit.

I guess I would have to say bananas, too! As you mentioned, they definitely are versatile. You can eat them raw, put them on a peanut butter sandwich, eat them with cheerios (or any other kind of cereal), you can eat them with peanut butter, you can make banana bread, and so many more things! Bananas are the best; and they also provide a LOT of our daily potassium needs. Delicious & nutritious! . My only issue with bananas is how they aren't as filling as apples or oranges, and how they have so much sugar in them.

I love whatever is in season. Right now the berries are starting to come in. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc. are all very high in antioxidants. They are just good in so many ways.

I agree, we get different nutrients from different foods. Fruit is no different. I like to eat fruit in season, it just tastes more real to me.

For me there is no specific fruit. But I prefer fiber-rich fruits as opposed to citrus fruits, although I eat citrus once in a while. I simply could not limit myself to one single kind; I want to each as many kind as I can depending on availability.

I like banana. It is a wonderful fruit. I would like to eat a banana whenever I am hungry. It is a filling fruit. If you take even two bananas when you feel hungry you would be satisfied. Bananas are good for health too. Children also consume bananas with great satisfaction.

I really can't pick a favorite, I love most kinds of fruits. Bananas are definitly in the top 5. I love them raw in cereal and fried with my dinner. I also love blueberries they aren't native here but I buy them whenever I can. I like to wash them and freeze them, then I eat handfuls of them frozen like candy.

Like you, I always eat banana almost every meal. We always have a banana on our dining table so it is easy to reach for one banana. I would also eat banana whenever I am hungry and there's no snack available at home. Good thing, banana is very nutricious, rich in vitamins, available year round and yet it is not expensive.
