It has been proven many times. Fruits, veggies, nuts, grains, legumes, etc. grown organically, contain more vitamins, minerals, and trace nutrients, than their conventional counterparts. Complain about the price of organics .... NEVER!

Consider the consequences of consuming the toxins that are found in conventional foods. Consequences like cancer, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer's, autism, and more. Then consider how much it is really saving you to continue to eat crap. The organic label has very strict standards and stiff penalties, some of the toughest in food standards.
And if you really wanted to save money and control how your food is raised, grow your own garden. This can be done on a very small scale. You can even container garden many veggies, herbs, grains, and fruits. Foraging locally is another cheap, organic solution. You will never convince me that organic food is too expensive, my good health is worth it!

I agree totally. Organic food is much better for you, and it tastes much better. I have seven acres in Tennessee U.S. I have a greenhouse and am growing organically. I am currently growing tomatoes, spinach, lettuce, green peppers, green beans, peas and thyme.
