This morning I was dreaming about my friend Enna. I was at her apartment that was filled with children's beds and also children (hers are grown). Then the alarm went off. I turned it off, got up, turned on the shower and then looked at the clock. WTF it was 5:40 and I had set the alarm form 6:00. So I said, "it's 5:40. Somebody messed with my alarm clock." Richard says, "it didn't go off yet." Huh? Guess what, I dreamed that the alarm went off. Weird doings. Did you all ever dream anything that you believed to be real?

Yes its a warning sign Dawn. Somebody is trying to tell you something. Read the lines and think of anything after this also about your thoughts..
Sorry I have not been in touch, but honestly, believe me on this. You are thinking or seeing ahead of things. Honest!. Someone is trying to tell you something. See into this, as I believe in dreams and things like this. Warn Enna and tell her to keep a close eye on her children, especially early morning. Sorry for this downer, but I know I am right on this.
I woke up early before my alarm on 12th June 2005. I did like you. Got washed, dressed etc and went to the kitchen. Well I looked outside the window and four Ravins where sitting on my back wall. Well I thought WTF. All those plants? How do they find the space to land and sit. Well four days later my Grandmother passed away? Four Ravins? Four days later.ODD?Well I dreamt my alarm went off also and it did not. Did you see anything odd after you had your shower also or had strange thoughts or seen something else.
I am sorry, but I believe in all this shi* and I pray everyone is safe, but this is odd and out of place.
I hope you are keeping well also. I miss Mylot but I was ill, but I am on Ciao. Its a long story, but take care.
Please say to cythanian. Thanks!
I am so sorry for this and maybe it is nothing, but it sounds so like my day years ago, thats why I am asking you?Hopefully this is just my crazy mind, but I always get a warning on things and I think this is something about Enna! and no I am not Mad lol. Just got me thinking thats all. Take care Dawn:)

Plus I usually set the alarm earlier when I'm going to take a shower. Maybe my brain didn't like the idea of getting at 6!

I haven't had dreams where the alarm went off and I got up, however I have had those all to famous dreams where you fall and you actually feel like your falling and it wakes you up. It's creepy. My little sister however has gotten up at midnight thinking it was 5 am to get in the shower for school. she took a shower and got ready before noticing that it was not time to get up. It seems these dreams occur more often than people would think.

I haven't had falling dreams but I've had flying dreams. They were really cool. Wouldn't mind having dreams like that again!

(lol) That's funny. I've had dream where I RELIZED I was in a dream and could CONTROL whar HAPPENS to an extent.
But, it seems my "DREAM CONTROLLING" abilities need training. If I want to FLY, I can olny GLIDE, and if I want to SEE someone, it has to be someone I know WELL; whom there are FEW for an weirdo like myself.

Interesting, I don't feel like I have any control at all in my dreams!

That's one way to look at it. Not being a morning person I rather think of it as losing 20 minutes of sleep. lol

Hi dawn,
It happened to me a lot when I was young...Before, I was thinking that I was in the bathroom already and ready to pee and found out that I was still in my bed but I am doing the thing there, mom wasn't happy everytime I will do it! LOL!
That was in my elementary years!

I was bed wetter myself and I had dreams like that too. I was a very heavy sleeper and I wonder if my body wasn't trying to convince me to wake up!

Mmm...the closet to really weird dreams was I be dreaming I was late getting to my math class as an important final exam was taking place that day. I'd wake up in a sweat thinking looking at my alarm clock and thinking crap, I'll be late for my test and if I don't take this test I won't be able to graduate ---I would have these dreams for quite awhile..many YEARS after I graduated college.

I've had quite a few dreams like that. Usually it's exam week and I haven't been to classes all semester and it's always the math one I'm worried about!!!

Dawn-
Over the years I've had several dreams like this. Once it was a set of three times of getting up, making coffee, and starting my shower. Each time ended as I ran the shower thinking "Am I awake", then I'd go through it again. Finally I woke up and was like "Ok, this time I know I'm awake".
Most recently was something where I dreamed I was having a conversation with my husband, and when I asked him about it the next day he was like "We didn't talk about that".
It's always odd though, but generally something in the dream world is just off enough for me to realize it's just a dream.
Oh, here's one for you. Before my son was born, who is a miracle child, I dreamt that a Buddhist monk came knocking at my door telling me my son was needed to study to become a Buddhist monk, and he'd return when it was time to collect him. My son is 2 1/2 now and I've not had any visits, but we've had my son say some very remarkable things beyond his age.
I've always kept a dream journal though so I just lost them when they occur and only go back and look if it occurs again, or something out of the ordinary happens in the mundane.
Namaste-Anora

Come to think of it, I've had a few dreams as a child that I remembered as being real, most notably thinking that I had been on "Let's Make a Deal" and Monty Hall asked me to do the twist. Also conversations that never happened like the one you thought you had with your husband. I don't dream very intensely very often any more though. Not quite sure why that is. Maybe I should keep a journal too. :-)

Nah, my dreamland is noting more than a cheap loony Toons knock off. I never see any anvils or anything like that(probably to expensive to afford those) but there are a butt load of sight gags and obscure references that I never fully understand until a few days later for some reason. I wish my dreams features a few realistic events that blurred the line between reality and fantasy.

Now that would be interesting dreaming sight gags. Especially if they were funny ones...
