have you encountered living with other family?

In this question, i already encountered this, my mother died when i was a grade four and my father leave me when i was a baby, so sad and i have no choice but to live with another family and start a new steps in my life with them. have you tried it?response please..

yes, i have, actually i am living right now with my uncle together with my grandmother, i call her "Mamita", cool isn't it?
i've been living with them since senior years in High School and that was 9 years ago. we used to live here before for almost 12 years, then my parents, my father decided to move. i am a graduating student back then so i requested that i want to stay here until graduation.
