Keeping a regular life is very important for our health.There is a biological clock in everyone's body,if it is disordered,our health would be hurt.So if you want a healthy body or become more healthy,try to keep a regular life.

yes,i agree with you a lot.and i also keep a regular life.getting up at 8:00am,having lunch at 11:00am,have a noonbreak for one hour from 1pm to 2pm.
having dinner at 5:00pm.and go to bed at 11:00pm.i think this regular life is good to my health.
