Why i cannot stick to a job more than a year? Not because of i cant work is just the working environment and relationship. I am really too serious to do the job even i just a employee not a employer? I not dare to find any new job in short term. I need a consultation my be

I know the feeling maybe you haven't truly found the right job yet. Such your heart and see what it is you really want to do with your life. Do some soul searching ask yourself questions examine your own motives. Everyone has a purpose in life ask God to show you yours.

It's only natural to be serious in doing your work but you don't need to be serious all the time. You need to have a break and have good time with your coworkers, chat with them, laugh with them and say some jokes that will make you happy and relax.
