Do you think doing exercise is a way to enjoy life?

2 of my big toes are hurt and I cant do much exercise since many months ago. I feel like to exercise so much now, be it any kind of exercise. I just wish to move my body. But, I cant, even walking up the staircases now hurt me. Playing badminton or jogging is now a way to enjoy life to me now. What do you think about doing exercise and enjoying life?

Yes I think exercise is a way to enjoy life.
I have a bad back, for about one and a half year, I could not
do much of anything. My legs,knees,feet,back and neck were killing
me. The last 4 months I am feeling much better, the pains are less.
I am doing regular sports again, and I love it.

Margajoe, thanks! You are the first that remember my poor toes! I know I know, it is when we experience the time cannot do any exercise then only we appreciate it more than other people! I wish that you will recover 100% soon. Let's enjoy our lives together!

Margajoe, nope, my poor is not getting better yet. I have this ingrown nails. I just take antibiotic. It is so painful! I just hope it will recover magically now!

i do believe exercise is really good to the body but i don't think that i will enjoy doing exercise. i have tried before and it is such a bore. but i admit if it is fun if we do it within a group. anyways, i still wanted to continue it alone like by doing treadmill but still it will be such a hard discipline for me to do it faithfully and consistently.

yeah i am more to the health benefits rather than the fun in getting to exercise. it was not or never been fun to me. it was just pure hard work that seems to makes the time stood still no matter how short my exercise regime is.

hotsummer, oh well, if you think discipline involves in this, I would say you do not enjoy your life by doing exercise at all! It is merely to keep you healthy.

exercise does many things for you. for me its a way to enjoy nature and enjoy life because i usually go on trails and out near my woods. it also is a great way to relieve stress and lose weight obviously!

jlredike12, oh, you remind me that it has been a long time since I last went for a jungle tracking! Gosh...You are right. I just feel that I need to move my body. I am putting on weight too as I rarely do any exercise for a few months now.

exercise are helps us not only to reduce Fat but also to kept us Happy and healthy
when you Exercise you need to slowly at first for your safely.
there are saying If you are broken hurted you must find some activities which helps you not to think your ex.. so one good thing is exercise we kept not only redusing our fat but also make us heakthy and make us sexy. try it.

well i personally feel happy when i excercise
but research shows that excercising releases some chemical that helps make you happy, the same with chocolate.
and it makes u healthy, and with some people doing excercise not makes them feel better about themselves, its a win-win situation

I just had two-hour badminton this morning. Yes. doing exercise is so nice that having a shower after sweating is quite comfortable. I also like badminton. And another kind of sports I love is roller skating. Roller skating outdoors hearing the wind blowing beside my ears makes me free and relaxed. In summur, I always go swimming with my friends. It's very interesting to play with water. ^.^

Well i was not much into exercising or working out a couple of weeks ago. Generally I play cricket and table tennis with my friends and @ office. Couple of weeks back i checked out the gym at my office started developing a decent workout regime of cycling and tread mill. Now it really feels good to know that you are taking steps towards better health and better soul. I have started loving my workouts!

for me exercise it good for our health. exercise help our blood to have a better circulation..and it helps to avoid against illness and many more and there are lots of advantages when we do exercise. that's one way to enjoy our life to have a better or good health..

teeger, thanks! Don't you think that very rarely heard from people that they do exercise to enjoy life? Most of the time, we will find people only enjoy life when go on vacation. Anyway, I am happy to learn that it is a way for you to enjoy life! At least, I am not alone here!

yes, ofcourse exercises are fun and also important part of our health maintainance, actually when u start them u feel like doing a work, but when once you start doing them, it gives u so much advantages and u feel fresh, energized and slowly u dont know when u fell in love doing them...

yeah I think that doing excersice is one way to enjoy your life :-) for example when you are going for a walk, or when you are going jogging or swimming..(oh I love swimming) or tennis, football..or other sport..I like a lot of sports...and I am enjoy my live with sport..it is part of life.. :-) and after your exercise u are filling so good...happy..you excerete your hormone of happines :-) good luck

yea exercise releses endorphans in your body which is like instant "Feel good" or a kind of high....Its good ofr you to do and its good for stress....keeps you in shape....and Its another way to meet new people

yes, excercise is important. But it must be done carefully with proper training. Injuries do occur when proper care is not taken while you excercise. Excercising keeps you fit always. But the most important thing is to do it carefully
