Flowers are the symbol of love

Is there anybody who does not love flower? I don't believe.Flower is the symbol of love.To offer love a lover presents bunch of flowers to his or her beloved.May be a rose.We go to hospital to wish early recovery of our dear one.In any occasion we present flowers to wish a person.In India flower is very holy object.To worship God or gods flowers are presented on the altar.In India,south-east Asian countries and in the islands of far east people welcome their guests with flowers.A Bengali poet says: if you get a penny buy food to save your life.And if get two pennies buy flowers oh devotee.

Hello bhanusb! I agree with you, flower is a symbol of love. We bring flowers to those who are admitted at the hospital. A man who courted a girl will give her a flower to show his love and his sincerity to her. We (Christians) put flowers on our altar too. So, we do have the same definition of flower(s)

Well who ever said this didn't have hayfever. Flowers are lovely but if you are allergic they are best seen in pictures.

Hi there,
Yes thee is none who does not love flowers. But love is not flowers as I presume. Love is beautiful concept that needs not be compared with anything else. A simile could befit there as when we say' my love is like red red rose' but trios not the entire story.
Nor only flowers there are numerous thing which could stand a symbol for love. Like the season Spring. It is so beautiful and delicate and hence truly represent our love.
However this is my own perception.
